Getting to/from Campion Hall from Heathrow or Gatwick
There is no visitor parking at Campion Hall and parking in the city of Oxford is very restricted and expensive. If you need to drive, it is best to use one of the Park and Ride facilities which circle the city.
The first session on Thursday is at 1.30pm; so if this means you could catch a more convenient later train (eg. from Glasgow) please feel free to do so (but you will miss lunch so please have something to eat on the train!).
Accommodation is in single rooms.
Some rooms are en suite but a dressing gown is provided if you are in a room that is not and there are showers close by.
Towels are provided.
Please bring toiletries. There is a Tesco Express two-minutes' walk away (open 7am to 11pm) if you forget anything.
Dietary or access requirements
If you have special access or dietary requirements (including vegetarian diet) please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that a vegetarian option is not provided as standard - we have to ask in advance.
Dress code is casual.
On the retreat day (Friday) you may decide it would be good to some fresh air
- so please bring warm clothing and suitable footwear.
The costs of the conference are met by the British Jesuit Province for Jesuit schools.
Your school should cover your travel costs.
