By air
St John's Beaumont is about 15-minutes from London Heathrow (LHR) airport. You can take a taxi, although enquire about the price - it is expensive. There is a bus (No.8) from Heathrow Terminal 5 (Stand 8) to Priest Hill which takes about 50-minutes. As the bus leaves Englefield Green it comes down Priest Hill. The stop you want is called Priest Hill Kennels (Battersea Dogs Home in the countryside). This stop is at the entrance to St John's Beaumont. Or you can take a bus from Heathrow to Feltham and catch the train to Egham.

St John's Beaumont is about 45-minutes from Gatwick (LGW) airport. The best way to travel from the airport is to catch the train to Clapham Junction and then to Egham. Taxi from Egham station to St John's.

By train
The nearest train station is Egham - trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction (connection from Gatwick). There are taxis waiting at Egham station - the ride to St John's takes about 10-minutes and costs around £7. Be sure you ask for St John's Beaumont the school not the hotel (taxi drivers sometimes make this mistake - as soon as they hear the word Beaumont they assume you mean the hotel!).

By car
Parking is available on the school site. Please park behind the tennis courts to your right as you arrive.
Please note that if you use the postcode (SL4 2JN) for your SatNav, it will probably direct you to the Battersea Dogs' Home which is on the other side of the road (Priest Hill) to St John's. The school entrance is clearly signposted.

This is a day conference. However, if you require accommodation on the Sunday night (13th January) please make your own arrangements or get in touch and we can help.
