A four session online short course during the Season of Creation

Dates & time: Tuesday evenings, 6.30-8.30pm, 10th/17th/24thSept, 1st Oct (please note, all times are British Summer Time - London time)

In this four part course, we will enter into spiritual conversation with four different aspects of the Creation. These aspects mirror the four weeks of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises and are key focusing themes in the field of Creation Spirituality, each building upon the other.

Our sessions will explore these focusing themes as follows:

Session 1: Wonder & Awe

Session 2: Pain & Diminishment

Session 3: Creativity

Session 4: Transformation

Each session will include some input, some opportunity for personal reflection and creative response, and will hold space for small group sharing around threads and themes that emerge.

Each week, you will be offered suggestions for ongoing prayer, reflection and practice.  For those who wish, there is the option of joining a peer-led sharing group in-between each of the weekly sessions to continue to reflect together and deepen the material offered each week.

Please note, this programme item will only be offered as a live, online event/course via Zoom - you will therefore need to be able to be online at the time specified to participate.

Speaker/facilitator:  Julia Ling-MacDonald is Deputy Director of the Jesuit Institute and has particular interest in the interplay between Ignatian spirituality, cosmology, ecology, creativity and embodied practice.

Donations help us continue our work of making Ignatian spirituality available to as many people as possible.

Suggested donation for course: £65.

Note: we do not want money to be a barrier to participating, so please give what you feel you can afford.
