As you begin your day, make a simple prayer to place yourself and the day ahead in the heart of Christ and his mission as an offering to God.

During your day, try to pause between activities, just for a moment, long enough to be mindful before the next activity.

 

Pause … and breathe … and know that God is with you.

At the end of the day, review your day with God. Ask for God's light as you look over the day.

What has gone well? Thank God for it.

What has not gone well? Say sorry to God for it.

What do you need to help you? Let God know.
